It's funny because it's true! I used to work at a Walmart in a small town, and 10 pm is when the teens show up to hang out at Walmart, push each other around in shopping carts, and ride the scooters. They've already been thrown out of the bars, and everything else is closed. 11 pm is when the freaks come out.
